Greetings Math Students,

Sorry, it's been a while.  Testing last week and being sick yesterday, we're back and better than ever now!

So we've moved into the Fractions unit (6).

Our homework for all 3 groups tonight is pages 131 and 132.  We're working with Unit Fractions (fractions that have a 1 in the numerator).

We are noticing that fractions have an opposite feel to them.   The larger the number in the denominator, the smaller the piece.  The larger the number in the denominator the larger the piece.  For example:  1/3 is larger than 1/9.

Take care, keep getting better.

MR. K
